HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?
- Project Delivery: Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects which help our Life Sciences clients (mainly in North America) defining commercial strategy, implement strategic initiatives, enable sales force capabilities, optimize customer journey, build Go To market strategy and process improvement.
- Business Development: Working as part of pursuit teams, participating in aspects of the proposal development process. Support efforts of global sales team to win potential opportunities within the practice.
- Practice Management: Taking responsibility within Life Sciences industry group or across the Products group in areas of responsibility help manage and build the practice, tracking metrics, etc.
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools or materials for use by larger community. Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Postgraduate degree/MBA/PHD (preferably but not mandatory)
- +12 of years of progressive experience in Life Sciences /Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Companies or prior experience in Management Consulting.
- An advanced English Level is mandatory for this position.
- A positive, can-do attitude with high initiative who feels comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior executives in a range of environments.
- An industry expert that possesses excellent presentation and communication (written and oral) skills.
- High integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work. A diplomatic, flexible and good team player consultant.
