The Role

The Talent Organization integrates Accenture’s world-leading capabilities in Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Talent Development, to accelerate our ability to discover, inspire, and develop exceptional people.

Combined, this team has created exciting learning innovations over the past few years, guided the Performance Achievement revolution, and supported our massive recruiting efforts. We believe in blurring the organizational lines, and that to be successful in a part of Talent you need to experience the others. That is why we organize as ONE team and have people who move from one part of the Talent organization to another.


Specifically, this is a Metaverse Continuum Learning Partner role, which will require you to:

Partner with Metaverse Continuum leadership and supporting learning partner teams to:

  • Design and deliver learning programs to support skill and knowledge building in Metaverse Continuum personnel.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop and deliver metaverse-based learning solutions across Accenture, over multiple content domains.
  • Support the ongoing learning and enablement of Metaverse Continuum concepts skills across Accenture.
  • Support externally-facing client teams in immersive learning deal pursuits

Requisitos

Our expectations from you:

  • Experience identifying and assessing complex problems, and the ability to create innovative solutions with vision, ideas, and creativity.
  • “Out of the box” thinking.
  • Comfort with uncertainty and fluidity, and can work in an agile manner.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a focus on helping your team being their best self.
  • Problem solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Confidence in driving programs end to end.
  • Ability to work across a broad range of activities, and enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders from diverse business, HR, and other cross teams.


At the Manager level you will lead a medium to large size team or a relevantfunction and manage a medium size budget. Your decisions will have a major day-to-day impact and you will be expected to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
