Responsibilities:

Our Solutions & Innovation people power the analytics and reporting engine with timely, robust and high-quality analytics and reporting solutions and services. With an eye for continual improvement, these people also seize opportunities to innovate and optimize how and

what we deliver to our stakeholders. The GPA Solutions & Innovation Team is responsible for production and Delivery of HR Reports (Digital and non Digital), analysis and Insights

to for HR Leadership for each HR Portfolios. The general scope of the work includes analysis of key HR performance metrics and design/implementation of insights by reports/dashboard. This is the operational engine of GPA team, working in close partnership with the Advisory teams and Product Owners and serving as the main liaison to CIO Technology and Applied Intelligence. The team is accountable for delivering its own Service Management metrics, operational innovation and credentialing our People Analytics offerings.

The role will…

  • Report to the People Analytics Advisory Lead for the assigned entity and to the Solutions Lead.
  • Gather, analyze and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making.
  • Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team.
  • Serve as the main and first point of contact for executive stakeholders for ad hoc requests, triaging and routing them appropriately.
  • Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members. In this sense, collaborate with other Advisors to determine a common approach in case of overlapping requirements, identify impact of requested HR solutions to other entities, and determine synergies.
  • Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
  • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Understand Accenture data privacy and HR data governance.
  • Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment,
  • Work with the assigned customer segment to understand their analytics and insights needs and wherever possible utilize existing digital tools to shape the solution.
  • Assess and recommend solutions for gaps that are found. Create insights from tools that are actionable to deliver high value.
  • Understand HR Metrics, acquiring know how of the digital reporting products and analytic offerings relevant to the assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education/training, and adoption of the products.
  • Collaborate with Accenture teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry and analytical skills.
  • Supervise Technology Services Solutions Team: Manage Team workload, be the POC for team members, create and manage team schedule ensuring the service.
  • Be responsible for evaluate team members performance and provide feedback accordingly. Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for team members.
  • Issue management and prioritization based on Stakeholder input.


Requisitos

Must Have

  • University Degree
  • Experience in Data Analytics and Information Technology.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Supervisory Skills
  • Agility, adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools advanced reporting systems, excellent prioritization/time management skills, high level of verbal and written communication skills with global customers. · Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Visualization skills in Excel, Power Point and Power Bi.
  • Comfortable with systems and technologies
  • Passion to learn

Good to have

  • Experience with/exposure to HR systems and data, preferably within Accenture.
  • Knowledge on R, Phyton, Power BI, Power Apps
