Corporate Digital Marketing Associate – (CMS Web Developer)

Key Responsibilities

• Work on projects based on Content Owner and Site manager instructions, applying standards and best practices.

• Create, update, delete, expire pages within Accenture.com site.

• Review assigned tickets and provide points and effort estimates.

• Discuss and agree effort estimates with Site Manager to establish team’s commitments.

• Track and update status of assigned tickets in the tools.

• Perform testing for assigned projects.

• Escalate issues and/or help resolves raised issues.

• Participate in post-mortem, shake-out activities and provide resolution to issues raised by Site Manager.

• Adhere to the project's processes and standards.

• Help document procedures/process documents for site management work.

• Log ADO and track to closure for content maintenance such as redirects and purges.

• Other Adhoc requests and tasks.

ITI Developers (additional or specific to ITI)

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all the new releases or enhancements created for the Accenture.com site.

• Conduct demos to all Accenture.com resources after ADOs are deployed to production.

• Consolidates issues after deployment and raise issues to CIO for investigation.

Page Maintenance Support

• Perform massive effort such as deleting, expiring, and redirecting pages

• Cater page admin or maintenance requests

Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Keen to details

• Knowledgeable in MS Office tools.

• Background in any of the content management tools (Sitecore, SharePoint, WordPress) is a plus
