Summary of Role:

The Global Corporate Citizenship Strategy and Innovation team helps chart the future path for Corporate Citizenship and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create new solutions to address societal and environmental issues. Candidates for the Social Innovators Delivery Lead role should have demonstrated innovation skills, a track record of successful project and program delivery, environmental/social impact experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Innovation Lead to explore, shape, accelerate and deliver opportunities across Social Innovators (working closely with pod leads for Sustainability Innovation Challenge, Accelerator, Learning).

Responsible for:

  • Driving delivery of Social Innovations roadmap with a goal to position Corporate Citizenship Innovation programs as the conduit for social and sustainability innovation learning and application across Accenture
  • Linking emerging strategies across Accenture to current and future initiatives, demonstrating value and alignment with business priorities
  • Engaging external business leaders and networks within Accenture to identify, shape and activate new opportunities for collaboration
  • Engaging stakeholders for feedback and buy-in, and providing regular progress updates and showcases of successes and learnings
  • Developing governance, operational processes, tools and templates along with pod leads for Challenge, Accelerator, and Learning
  • Conducting project retrospectives and developing playbooks across Innovation programs
  • Supporting team operations such as budgeting, planning, and priority setting
  • Facilitating team development activities such as community building and quarterly development calls
  • Recruiting, onboarding, managing and developing a wide range of temporary project resources


Requisitos

Required Skills and Experience

  • Manager with 5+ years of innovation experience and 10+ years of work experience
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Structure, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, keep track of details, and anticipate risks
  • Anticipate and address stakeholder needs
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with and leading teams
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience leading workshops to generate ideas and progress solutions, etc
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Passion for and understanding of sustainability
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to jump on all sorts of tasks, regardless of previous experience doing something similar
  • A born connector with a belief in the power of collaboration, especially with many partners – corporate, non-profit, government, etc. (together we can do greater things)
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build, nurture and grow trusted relationships across multiple domains
  • Ability to work with a fully remote team across multiple time zones

  • Human-centred design, experience design, design thinking experience and facilitation skills
