The Performance component directly reflects that success is based on business outcomes achieved; while the Advisory component represents the expected contribution further along the value chain, with shared accountability for results.

P&A professionals will be equal team members on the Finance teams to which they are assigned, sharing ownership of business outcomes. Functionally aligned. Directly assigned.

P&A Investments tower vision is to enable Markets, Market Units and Services leadership to make data-driven investment decisions and drive actions that maximize return on our investments. 

At the core, the scope of the tower requires generating visibility to our different categories of investments and generating strategic discussions about funding capacity and prioritization aligned with global/local strategic priorities.

List of Responsibilities: 

Lead the recenlty created Integrated Investments Teams.

Desing and implement programs to realize the team strategy: To enable Markets, Market Units and Services leadership to make data-driven investment decisions and drive actions that maximize return on our investments

Understand the Global investment landscape. Translate Global Leadership focus and concerns into team efforts to provide actionable outcomes. Ensure the operationalization of tasks required to support Markets and Services Investments decisions.

Point of contact for Integrated Investments at the Global level for stakeholders like B&C Finance, Corporate Finance, Growth & Strategy and other functions leads.

Envision and help create with the support of the team a suite of insights driven packages for leadership, to be used for Earning calls, Board meetings, etc.

Define and track metrics to assess effectiveness of Investments programs and initiatives, looking for continuous improvement

Review E2E investments with B&C Finance lead monthly/quarterly as required.

Enable multi-year forward looking views of Investments categories and dimensions. Integrate E2E investments views into planning process and discussions about capacity and prioritization.

Analize short and long term financial impact of one particular investment, their affordability and their return

Collaborate within the Team in cross initiatives

Work across a large number of Stakeholders in relation to Finance, G&S, HR and other Corporate Functions and across P&A.

Requisitos

Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Innovation, Strategy, or Business Operations with relevant or complimentary third level qualifications

- Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time

- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and an ability to foster relationships at all levels within the organisation

- Strong team working and collaboration skills with experience of working in a large-matrix organisation such as Accenture

- Inquisitive and analytically minded. Positive attitude and flexibility.

- Comfortable with learning new technology and providing functional support

- MS Excel (advanced), MS Powerpoint

Nice to Have:

- Degree in Business or Finance is preferable. Relevant experience can supersede Degree requirements

- Knowledge of Accenture’s Economic model advantageous

- Sharepoint, PowerBI and SQL Skills preferable, but not mandatory

- PMO & Budget Forecasting Skills

- Comfort with technology terms
