  • Bring industry knowhow, process expertise and a grasp of best practices on Lead to Cash processes to deliver business value to our clients
  • Support As-a-service business model transformation programs for global clients with specific focus on Technology-led transformation.
  • Present solutions to customers, especially in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment. 
  • Gain the trust of the clients and partnered with them to: gather business requirements, lead key workshops, identify as-is and create to-be processes, and continue to support the technology implementation activities
  • Understand customer needs, translate them to business requirements, identify business process flows and functional requirements – thereby acting as an interface between business and technology teams.
  • Drive Project Management activities for operational/technology enablement of as-a-service business transformation.

Key skills required for the role:

  • Deep functional knowledge of Lead-to-Cash process, preferably for subscription/recurring revenue business model implementations
  • Experience of working on large-scale technology implementation programs
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion would be preferable, not mandatory
  • Ability to understand the as-is process; and conduct workshops with client stakeholders to understand gaps that can be resolved through technology platform, like Oracle Fusion and design detail level to-be process with all stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with globally dispersed large team
  • Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills

 

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Consulting or in High tech industry.
  • SME in Lead to Cash Process, preferably in as-a-service/subscription model implementations
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred, but not mandatory (Fusion Subscription Management Cloud and Fusion ERP - AR, GL)
  • Experience of delivering large technology transformation programs, preferably with an objective of developing/implementing as-a-service business model for traditional hardware/devices companies
  • Good understanding of Lead to Cash sub-processes in a recurring revenue / subscription business
  • Prior experience of working in a top-tier global consulting firm is preferred
