Global Marketing Manager, Networks and Programs Marketing
The Strategy & Consulting (S&C) Networks and Programs Marketing + Communications (M+C) team

We are looking for an agile marketing manager to support a variety of marketing initiatives and programs across the remit of the Strategy & Consulting Networks Marketing Programs team.

The Strategy & Consulting Networks Marketing Programs team supports marketing activities which benefit Accenture’s 19 industry groups and six enterprise functions. We determine the most effective way to operationalize against program objectives and then scale across the Industry and Enterprise Functions Networks marketing teams. We lead programs that drive meaningful impact for our Networks, and we act as a conduit for tighter collaboration and adoption of best practices across Strategy & Consulting and Accenture overall.

Team with Industry and Enterprise Functions M+C leaders to understand strategic direction and goals.

Learn and understand the growth priorities of Accenture, as well as the priorities and marketing campaigns for the Industries Enterprise Functions. 

Manage and motivate flexible, virtual project teams of marketing colleagues, writers, agencies and shared service members in a hard charging and outcome-oriented environment.

Determine program effectiveness by embracing and enabling an analytics mindset.  Identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact.

Showcase the success of marketing programs through powerful metrics and storytelling and share your leading practices with others.

Managing the campaign budgets, including quarterly budget forecasts

Build relationships with marketing colleagues across the organization

Requisitos

A Bachelor's degree or other 4-year university degree

At least 7 years marketing experience leading, designing and implementing marketing programs, including content development programs

Experience developing clear, crisp, sharp content

Exceptional spoken and written communication skills; native/bi-lingual and fluent in English

Marketing plan development

Digital marketing

Strong project management capabilities

Confidence and experience interacting with and managing senior stakeholders

Microsoft Office Suite, including collaboration tool skills
• A self-starter
• A driver with strong energy and enthusiasm to tackle new projects
• The ability to adapt to changing timelines and tight deadlines

• The ability to take good instruction, ask sensible clarification questions and present solutions

• A clear communicator with an unflustered style and collaborative nature

• Strong project management

Programs where we need support include (but are not limited to):

• Cross-Networks content programs
• Strategic Interlocks - Serve as interlock across key programs to ensure teams are connected and maintain a view across the Networks.
• Client Stories support for wins and delivered projects, including video production coordination and project management
• SWAT support of short-term marketing and communications programs that engage our people & support sales

Resource may be involved in:
• Coordinating communications
• Gathering details; evaluating and determining best strategic approach
• Proposing social and web page content to help achieve desired brand strategy
• Participating in regular calls, tracking progress and raising high impact items

Considerations
• Flexibility in order to accommodate pre-scheduled global meetings, across all geographies
