HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥

❕ Project Delivery!

Work in teams to deliver projects for global clients, and be responsible, with minimal supervision, for:

  • Independently liaise with Media and Entertainment clients and convincingly present solutions - especially in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment. Be able to independently question the customer, when required
  • Gather business requirements from client stakeholders via interactions like interviews and workshops
  • Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement definition), business process flows and functional requirements –thereby acting as an interface between business and technology teams
  • Ability to understand the as-is process; understand issues with the processes which can be resolved either through technology or process solutions and design detail level to-be process with all stakeholders.
  • Engage all the stakeholders as a virtual team (Customer, Development and Accounts team, Product manager, operations) for product launches.
  • Propose solutions to the client based on gap analysis for the existing platforms against industry benchmarks
  • Work with existing clients to shape specific custom requirements and lead development / integration
  • Manage internal & external stakeholder relationships during the delivery phase and help the team liaison with other groups for successful delivery

 Business Development!

  • Support leadership to grow the Media & Entertainment practice
  • Help build capabilities in Marketing and Data Monetization, Advertising Transformation, Digital Driven Channels Transformation, Content Management and Intelligence, Digital Rights Management, etc.
  • Business development – support leadership in generating new pipeline in the media industry globally working along with local account teams.
  • Support competitive benchmarking against other products in the market
  • Track industry trends and understand client needs to continuously evolve the product roadmap
  • Work with the Leadership in forming relationship with clients and other teams within Accenture and actively work towards growing the team

Requisitos

 📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree
  • MBA, Master's degree or other advanced degree in a related field will be a plus
  • Advanced English (mandatory)

Industry Experience:

  • 4 or more years of experience in delivering end-to-end projects in Media & Entertainment Industry focused on video services and analytics, data monetization, advertising, content management, etc.
  • Prior experience in top consulting firms on M&E engagements preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain great working relations with clients and other stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and communicate with Business and IT, with respect to people, process, and technological impacts

Key Competencies and skills:

  • Expertise in sales process with a proven record of stakeholder relationship management
  • Adequate understanding of the OTT, Video Services, along with knowledge of tool capabilities, features and functionalities
  • Appropriate understanding of marketing strategy and execution, including the interplay of digital and offline channels to drive engagement, and enabling technologies
  • Managing analysis, solutioning, development and implementation solutions
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
