The Commercial Operations Associate Manager is a fully integrated member of the client account commercial operations team and works under the direction of commercial operations leadership to execute commercial operations processes on a day to day basis.
The general scope of accountabilities for this role include standing up and/or supporting the ongoing commercial operations function and participating in integrating it throughout the overall management of the client account and its day to day operations.
The role will work in coordination with other account support teams (e.g. Client Financial Management, Contract Management, Human Resources). The role has interactions on an ongoing basis with client account sales and delivery teams, commercial teams, and Accenture support teams.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Assist leadership in executing the commercial vision for the account.
  • Participate in implementation and execution of Accenture and account-level policies, procedures and standards to ensure smooth and controlled management of the account and delivery of services.
  • Contribute to and/or provide detailed low to medium complexity analyses, metrics, and reporting as requested to report on the “state of the account.” This may include but is not limited to financial analyses, process compliance, staffing analyses, internal controls compliance, and others.
  • Provide low complexity project support services in organizing, planning and facilitating account meetings, report outs, quality audits/reviews, etc.
  • Assist with continuous process and business operations improvement initiatives at the account level within assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Working under moderate levels of direction from account or commercial leadership, provide support to various commercial office functions based on scope of accountability including, but not limited to:
  • Sell:
    • Account planning support
    • Sales support:
      • Opportunity pipeline process
      • MMS tool support, training, and maintenance
      • New Business Management (NBM)
      • Pricing support
  • Manage:
    • Resource Enablement
      • Onboarding/off-boarding/roster maintenance
      • Client training requirements
      • Accenture and Client training, drug testing (as applicable), background test coordination, Client procurement
    • Financial Tracking & Reporting
      • Provide support for forecasting such as MME, IFS, etc.
      • Invoicing support
      • Expense analysis and audit
    • Quality Management
      • Quality review and audit processes, client expectations management
      • Client satisfaction survey coordination and/or support
    • Tool Management
      • Oversight and user support/training for the firm standard tools such as MMS, MME, MMB, myScheduling, etc.
    •  Communications
      • Employee communications, collaboration, social media
  • Deliver:
    • Performance reporting
    • CDP

Requisitos

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to establish credibility as a member of the account management team and with other internal stakeholders in order to cultivate and maintain trust and mutual respect
  • Ability to understand the commercial issues within the area(s) of accountability, prioritize accordingly, and ensure follow through and frequent communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily activities of multiple work streams, focused on issue resolution, while being an effective communicator and project manager
  • Familiarity with Accenture policies and procedures.
  • Experience with Accenture standard tools such as MMS, MME, MMB, MMR, myScheduling, etc.
  • Advanced English skills.
Education:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Work Experience: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational or related commercial management experience, ideally having medium to high exposure to or done work in all four pillars of commercial management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing medium complexity projects (including project planning, management, reporting, communications, issue resolution) involving one or more functional areas, work streams, or other units.
