This role is part of the Global People Analytics Solutions team, which provides high-quality, decision-making information and business operations support to help HR leaders make informed business decisions. The general scope of the work includes analysis of key HR performance indicators and design/implementation of appropriate presentation of the findings—via report/dashboard design. Accountable for delivering HR Operational metrics. The team serves as a single advisory point of contact for our stakeholders in all matters relative to reporting, metrics, and analytics, and Provides counsel to entity leads, partner with other HR groups to ensure relevancy of programs and initiatives.

This role is the primary point of contact to the lead HR business partners in the assigned entity(ies), working collaboratively to understand the needs of the business and design/implement solutions to meet or exceed those needs. This role is expected to work continuously to find ways of operating with maximum efficiency, including driving customers to self-service digital solutions, raise the bar on the level of insights and analytics provided to customers, create a memorable experience for customers, and provide impactful insights which help to drive strategic and operational HR decision-making.

The role will…

  • Report to the People Analytics Advisory Lead for the assigned entity and to the Solutions Team Lead
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager to the executive HR stakeholders (and possibly non-HR) within the assigned area(s), up to and including Accenture Leadership.
  • Gather, analyze and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team.
  • Serve as the main and first point of contact for executive stakeholders for ad hoc requests, triaging and routing them appropriately.
  • Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members. In this sense, collaborate with other Advisors to determine a common approach in case of overlapping requirements, identify impact of requested HR solutions to other entities, and determine synergies
  • Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels within Accenture. Authority (Power to influence or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions, as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision-making ability): Requires minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Impact or Decision Impact (Risk or consequences in the event of failure, as measured by range of expected impact such as within a team or across a team or area of responsibility and level of risk): Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
  • Supervise Services Solutions Team: Manage Team workload, be the POC for team members, create and manage team schedule ensuring the service. Be responsible for evaluate team members performance and provide feedback accordingly. Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for team members. Issue management and prioritization based on Stakeholder input.

Requisitos

Must Have:

  • University Degree
  • Experience in Data Analytics and Information Technology, strong analytical skills person
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience at a mid/senior level.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Supervisory Skills
  • Agility, adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Influencing skills and ability to build trust, collaborate, and engage with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools advanced reporting systems, excellent prioritization/time management skills, high level of verbal and written communication skills with global customers.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Visualization skills in Excel, Power Point and Power Bi.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power query, with a passion to learn
  • Comfortable with systems and technologies

Good to have:

  • Post-Graduate Degree
  • Experience with/exposure to HR systems and data, preferably within Accenture.
  • Knowledge on R, Phyton, Power BI, Power Apps
  • Workday Reporting & Analytics
