- Communicate process updates and provide status to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates during the recruiting cycle.
- Manage assessments according to position requirements and schedule interviews or panel sessions.
- Assess candidates, prepare, and extend offer letters.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends.
- Improve delivery, quality, diversity, and cost targets for recruiting processes.
Requisitos
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Expert proficiency in Candidate Relationship Management.
- Expert proficiency in Candidate Assessments.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
