HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥
- We are seeking for a new talent to join the Client Group team where you will have the opportunity to develop client relationships and opportunities. The clients are Energy/Oil & Gas companies in Argentina.
- As part of the Client Group, you will be responsible for advising clients by bringing together expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions and solve critical business needs for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account. Bring together the right teams to drive profitable sales growth, expand services and offerings delivered, ensure profitable delivery and influence the client's strategy.
- Participate in Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Being responsible for project delivery and manage healthy financials
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requisitos
📍 Qualifications:
- Engineering or IT degree (Petroleum / Mechanical / Chemical / Electronic / Energy Engineer or related field.)
- 10 - 20 years of experience Oil & Gas companies, engineering, oil field services companies or consulting firms within the industry aligned with one or more of the following:
- Expected to be a SME with deep industry knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Expert proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management is required
- Expert level of proficiency in Account Management is recommended.
- Participation in client proposals.
- Business relationship and development.
- knowledge across the entire value chain (especially mid and upstream).
- Consulting experience in topics related to the position.
- Advanced level of English (mandatory)
- Availability to travel
- Location: Buenos Aires
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
