Role description: HR Subcontracting Management Analyst is Accenture internal capability to manage contingent staff through the contractor life cycle.
Demand Fulfillment Specialist has responsibility for the end-to-end contractor life cycle (find, enable, manage, exit) in line with client requirements, liaising with line and senior managers and acting as the point of contact for all the stakeholders involved and for all issues arising from the client, suppliers & all new vacancies.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities:
• Maintain close relationship with project managers and vendor in order to understand requirements & provide on-boarding solutions
• Manage end to end process (make sure the parties involved are guided and follow the process, ensuring compliance, acting according to the internal policies and local employment laws; validate submitted requisition; create or validate Work Orders/Purchase Orders and its extensions; provide first level candidate screening; organize interviews, benchmarking and rate negotiations; exit or early terminations).
• Manage contractor requisitions in accordance with category management strategy, liaising with Cx Lead and/or Sourcing Category Manager.
• Ensure all requests are actioned in timely manner, liaising with the Contractor Exchange Helpdesk, Legal, HR or Tax where appropriate, resolving problems and finding best solution and communicate in the agreed manner
• Ensure effective customer and supplier relationship serving as initial escalation point for issue resolution
• Support the Cx Lead with general organizational activities as requested
• Provide high quality Cx service to the client ensuring that contractual and SLA obligations are met for work within scope of role, report on activities, opportunities and risks
•Identify process improvements, cost savings and initiatives, document and raise with line manager for approval, then complete relevant actions/project
• Team requirements associated with the day-to-day operation (participate on team calls/meetings; trainings; process document maintenance; providing ideas for continuous improvement).
• Support account payable team in order to match the vendor invoice with pro forma fattura generated by the tool.
Requisitos
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Good general education
• Mandatory written and spoken in Italian (must) and English (nice to have)
• Good organizational skills
• Computer skills (Excel (good knowledge of primay formulas : Xlookup, Pivot; macro etc.); word; PowerPoint; PowerBI)
• Preferable experience in HR/Recruitment area
• Demonstrates ability to understand client requirements
• Flexible, team player
• Independent in Problem solving
•Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization
