his role is the primary point of contact to the Business Advisors in the assigned entity ies , working collaboratively to understand the data and analytics needs of the business and design implement solutions to meet or exceed those needs. The role will Report to the People Analytics Advisory Lead for the assigned entity and to the Solutions Lead. Compile, analyze, and model HR metrics and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights in order to improve decision making. Requires a deep understanding of Accenture s HR metrics and relevance to the business Continually seek to expand knowledge i.e., business context, technical and analytical, etc. and share with the team. Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions while leveraging and adapting where needed existing methods and procedures. Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by Global People Analytics and Solutions Innovation leadership as it relates to team goals. Understand the overall business strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment. Work with the Business Advisors for the assigned customer segment to understand analytics and insights requirements of the stakeholders, and wherever possible utilize existing digital tools to shape solutions. Assess and recommend solutions for gaps that are found. Create insights from tools that are meaningful and actionable to deliver high value. Become familiar with the global digital reporting products and analytic offerings that are available to the assigned entity s customers and work with the Business Advisor to drive awareness, education training, and adoption of the products by the customers as needed.
Requisitos
University Degree Experience in Data Analytics, with strong analytical skills Experience working in complex teams in a fast paced environment. Ability to work cross culturally Good interpersonal and communication skills. High level of verbal and written communication skills with global customers. Agility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively at the same time Proficiency in Microsoft tools advanced reporting systems, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel Excellent prioritization time management skills. Visualization skills Knowledge of Power query, with a passion to learn Comfortable with systems and technologies, with experience working with large, complex data sets
