Marketing Sr Analyst

Corporate Functions – Marketing + Communications
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

Job Specifications
Responsible for executing analysis to generate actionable insights for Accenture Europe Marketing and Latin America Marketing teams.  This includes measuring and optimizing for marketing channel effectiveness and business impact, analyzing and synthesizing insights for key stakeholders.  

This role will also educate Marketing + Communications colleagues on measurement strategy, key performance indicator (kpi) frameworks and reporting tools to help them optimize their client and talent campaigns, website pages and activities using a standardized and consistent approach.

 Responsibilities
- Act as the analytics lead for the Accenture Spain and Latin America Marketing + Communications stakeholders
- Partner closely with Spain and Latin America Marketing stakeholders, Campaign Operations and Brand Advertising and Recruiting teams to drive and evangelize key performance indicators and success metrics to inform, measure and optimize marketing efforts
- Connect digital, cross-channel analytics with CRM to deliver closed loop reporting around the end-to-end client journey and business impact
- Measure the impact of Talent campaigns aimed driving qualified candidates into the pipeline and raising overall awareness
- Provide support across Data and Analytics initiatives that support the broader Marketing + Communications organization
- Inform and educate teams on Marketing + Communication measurement strategy, KPIs and reporting tools as well as developing ways to evolve tools to meet their needs

 



Requisitos

Education: 
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus

Skills and Work Experience
- 3-5 years analytics experience; B2B marketing analytics a plus

Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing analytics, including web, CRM and social media.  Specific experience with Adobe Analytics tools, CRMs such as Salesforce, event and email systems, or candidate application systems a plus
- Demonstrable skills in consulting and partnering with marketing stakeholders to uncover business questions and aligning analytics initiatives that deliver insights to inform data-driven decisions
- Familiar with BI and Data Management processes and architectures that support analytics needs and data visualization tools

Other Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset and skills, including the ability to break down complex data scenarios into digestible components with the initiative to dig into the "why" of various results and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
- Proven ability to collaborate within and across a variety of teams and functions and can clearly articulate and document progress and agreements to stakeholders and internal teammates, while being able to recognize inconsistencies in information, taking appropriate action
- Ability to prioritize projects with a focus on impact and rigorously detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and track record of project management success with a proven ability to go above and beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed
- Ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment and enthusiasm to take on a complex, challenging role in a dynamic, fast-paced organization and a willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge across teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills, preferably in both English and Spanish
