Total Rewards Specialist

 

The Total Rewards Specialist is a point of contact for compensation matters. This role will focus on compensation below MD and supports the business through Total Reward projects including budget planning and administration. Key partnerships include Global Reward, Field HR, ER, Legal, M&C, TSC, Finance, Payroll and V&A teams.

 

This person will support HR leadership in the execution of talent strategies. This includes implementation and management of compensation programmes. This might include the introduction/retirement of bonus programs and reward reviews for emerging skills. The role is responsible for assessing global guidelines and recommendations and making changes in the context of the local market.

 

The successful candidate will also take responsibility for Reward projects of moderate scope, which may impact the whole or part of Latam employee base. Analytical thinking, effective influencing, and project management skills will be critical to success in leading diverse project teams in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

- Complex compensation modelling within Excel to support the design, planning and management of Total Rewards

- Acting as a project lead on a variety of Reward initiatives to implement base and variable pay strategy

- Conducting advanced analysis, e.g. market position, salary range design. Ensuring analysis and recommendations are aligned with Accenture’s reward strategy.

- Presentation of recommendations, including budget options, advising on salary ranges to Accenture Leadership and Field HR

- Researching vendors and gathering information to identify recommended peer companies and selected surveys. Identifying and recommending market benchmarks

- Developing communications and training materials for Reward initiatives

- Partnering with Performance Achievement team

- Configuring and troubleshooting the Compensation Administration Tool. Understanding system interface requirements and working closely with the tool support team to resolve issues



Requisitos

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills (analysis of complex and ambiguous data)

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Experience of working with vast amounts of data

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical skills and interpretation

- Communication/interpersonal skills

- Intermediate level of English

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Minimum of 5 years Human Resources functional experience

- Past experience directly related to compensation/rewards

- Advanced Excel

- Advanced PowerPoint
