Job description

HR Talent Analytics & Insights (HRTAI) is a global team of over 100 Accenture HR and Accenture Operations resources responsible for providing HR talent analytics and modeling, and insights-driven consultative services to senior HR stakeholders in every segment of Accenture’s business. The team serves as a single advisory point of contact for our stakeholders in all matters relative to reporting, metrics, and analytics.

This role is part of the Europe HRTAI Market team and serves as primary point of contact for the designated Market Unit, working collaboratively to understand the strategy, priorities and objectives of the business and design/implement solutions to meet or exceed those needs.  This role is expected to work continuously to find ways of operating with maximum efficiency, including educating customers on digitized solutions, driving self-service, raise the bar on the level of insights and analytics provided to customers to drive strategic and operational HR decision-making.  This role also engages actively with the Europe Market team to consider Europe-wide insights in the designated Market Unit analysis, share best practices, and share Market Unit-specific findings that might be relevant for Europe overall.

This role also works closely with others sub teams within HR such as Talent Supply Chain, Data and Analytics and MD Matters and adjacent non-HR teams such as EI, Finance or Operations CFs, based on the nature of analysis.

The role will…

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager to the executive stakeholders within the assigned area(s), up to and including Accenture Leadership and potentially, GMC, customers.

  • Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment, and work in partnership with senior HR leader(s) and other teams to understand and address business issues and challenges that may be presented. 

  • Work with the designated Market Unit to understand their analytics and insights needs and wherever possible utilize existing digital tools to shape the solution. Assess and recommend solutions for gaps that are found. Create insights from tools that are actionable to deliver high value.

  • Be a subject matter expert of the digital reporting products and analytic offerings relevant to the assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education/training, and adoption of the products.

  • Lead initiatives with innovative mindset to re-engineer and improve existing processes and streamline/optimize deliverables.

  • Champion the HRTAI strategy and agenda with respect to the digital HR reporting journey.

  • Collaborate with Accenture teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry and analytical skills.

  • Directly manage or indirectly coordinate the work of other team members (typically small to medium sized team).

  • Lead projects and initiatives and manage daily operations of the team with minimal supervision.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and subject matter experts.

  • Gather, analyze and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team.

  • Manage work and resources effectively within defined bounds.

  • Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members working across customer geographies.  Collaborate with other HR leads to determine a common approach in case of overlapping requirements, identify impact of requested HR solutions to other entities, and determine synergies.

  • Lead and participate in people initiatives

  • Train and educate HR in the MU on the usage of analytics (moving to a more analytical mindset)

  • Help the MU moving from descriptive analytics to predictive analytics

  • Lead on the path to Workday, seeking innovative solutions and championing the effort



Requisitos

Educational Qualification

Must have: University Degree

Good to have:

  • Post-Graduate Degree

  • Concentration or focused studies in the areas of Human Resources and/or Business Analytics

Skills & Work Experience

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience at a mid/senior level.

  • Advanced Excel & Analytical skills

  • PowerPoint skills

  • Talent Management

  • Performance Management Experience

  • Data Analytics and Interpretation

  • Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work cross-culturally

  • Strong Stakeholder Management

 

 

Good to have: Experience with/exposure to HR systems and data, preferably within Accenture.

 

 

Other requirements 

  • Works independently under limited supervision.

  • Interacts with senior level leadership.

  • Manages small teams and/or work efforts.
