Job Summary

The Corporate Risk & Quality Sr. Analyst supports initiatives and programs to improve operational effectiveness and also implements quality processes, tools, methods, best practices, and training programs across the organization. They are closely aligned to quality processes such as  Client Expectations & Client Satisfaction, Risk Assessment, Risk Analysis, Quality Assurance, Early Warning, High Risk & Escalation/Risk & Issue Management, Quality Financial Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support including (not limited to):

    • Supporting Global Client Quality Assurance program including managing updates in the tool, sending roll-on communications to newly-assigned Global Client QA Directors, monitoring compliance, preparing escalation lists, following up with account teams on overdue actions, assisting and training teams on QA processes

    • Supporting Early Warning Calls by 1- preparing material necessary for the meeting and 2-taking minutes (in English), keeping track of actions items and ensuring accurate escalation/de-escalation status as discussed on the calls

    • Supporting the monthly distribution of the Risk Management and Quality scorecard to Europe Quality and Risk Leads by drafting the initial version of the email and updating the monthly SteerCo metrics file

    • Monitoring shared mailbox for quality requests and follow the appropriate process (e.g. process due date extensions, update GCQAD assignments, provide Early Warning input on CDP high risk opportunities to Q&R Leads)

    • Maintaining data accuracy in quality tools (including monitoring data exceptions and following standard procedures for making updates)

    • Preparing monthly reports for leadership as well as ad hoc report requests

    • Maintaining SharePoint sites and quality materials/assets

    • Collecting changes to organization and updating distro lists and org charts

    • Organizing regular audits of SharePoint site folder access and distro lists

    • Attending Europe team meetings and continuing to learn and progress on changes to Quality and Risk processes, policies and tools

Educational Qualification

Must have:

  • Education level Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Good to have:

  • Relevant studies/qualifications (e.g., business administration) would be an advantage

  • 2+ years of related experience   

Skills & Work Experience

Must have:

  • Excellent English oral and writing communication skills – all communications are in English, direct contact with Managing Directors and minutes of MD meetings

  • Ability to prioritize and plan multiple work activities with accuracy in a timely fashion

  • Strong, consistent attention to detail and diligence in follow up as may be required

  • Critical thinking skills, ability to grasp the business, analyse the data and provide insights correlating to the business metrics

  • Collaborative working approach

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), with significant expertise in Excel

Good to have:

  • Working knowledge of Accenture Quality & Risk Management processes.

  • Process Improvement skills.

  • Delivery experience on Accenture engagements 

  • Understanding of basic financial concepts

  • Working knowledge of Power Query and PowerPivot

Other requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
