Job Description
CDTS is seeking a highly-qualified professional to join the Post Merger Integration (PMI) LATAM Group as a Specialist. The PMI Team manages acquisition integrations and supports the launch of Go to Market Joint Ventures. Specifically, the PMI team drives mobilisation of all front and back office teams, establishes the integration governance framework, works with the deal execution team and internal sponsors to design the integration model, directs all planning, budgeting, and execution, and facilitates handover to operations at the end of integration.
The PMI team is part of the CDTS (Corporate Development and Transactions Services) - Venture & Acquisitions (V&A). The V&A Team is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities that advance the Firm’s strategic objectives. CDTS V&A professional’s work with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all Operating Groups, Growth Platforms, and geographies.
Focus: Project Management Office (PMO) support for PMI leads.
The PMI position may require travel primarily within LATAM and to a lesser extent the broader Growth Markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the PMI lead in day to day PMO activities including:
- Set-up PMO, including governance structure
- Support work plan development
- Schedule integration status meetings
- Track risks, issues and key decisions
- Assist in PMI budget development and monitor all PMI expenses
- Support operating model development
- Communicate with functional leads based on direction from the PMI leadership
- Conduct reviews with functional leads
- Coordinate deliverables with functional leads and coordinate activities between workstreams
- Assist during transition to operations including lessons learned documentation
- Develop tools and alternative processes in an effort to make the overall program more efficient
- Manage PMI SharePoint site
