Role Description:
The role is divided between Accenture Security - Decision Support team 50% of its time and Digital Platforms Decision Support team the other 50%. In this role, the finance Analyst will help drive business insights around Sales, Revenue growth, CCI, NCC and trends for both Digital Platforms and Security across geographic areas and capabilities. The finance Analist will be helping teamates in Buenos Aires and Leadership in the analysis Sales, revenue and cost management and will participate in the annual plan, monthly & quarterly forecasting and reporting variances on a monthly basis with main focus on ad-hoc request and data patrol initiatives. The role will report to the Digital Platforms and the Security Decision support Managers in BA and will also participate on meetings and have direct contact with the Senior Leadership.
Example Activities:
- Assist in the finance planning for targets (Sales/Rev) across the dimensions of GU/OU/Security Domains and offerings and ongoing reporting against these metrics
- Assist in the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for Sales/Revenue, headcount, productivity, payroll, PD&R costs, load recoveries, etc.
- Provide monthly/quarterly financial analysis and reporting vs. forecast/plan for Profiitability as well as non-contract costs: Chargeability, Non-Chargeable Time/Spend, MD&I, Participate on the NCC annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for headcount utilization, BD, M&O and PD&R costs, DNP, load recoveries, etc. for Security. Monitor and maintain Profit Center and Cost Center structure to facilitate NCC reporting
- Perform Cost and expense allocation Journal entries.
- Assist with Data Patrol inniciatives, supporting the attribute coding reconciliation in order to confirm the sales recognition match between MMS and SAP, including last minuet sales reconciliation process. Submit monthly templates for coding update accordingly.
-Support Domain/GU leads in YTD results vs Targets type of questions, analysis of Sales, Revenue, CCI trends and where needed BD spend, NCC variance, Chargeability vs Plan, Non Chargeable Time/Spend
-Assist with ad hoc analysis as required, coding compliance, appropriateness of coding allocations
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual profitability packages across Security including Sales, Revenue, CCI, Backlog and Client trends.
