Cross Operations/Communications Senior Analysts
 
People in the Corporate Function career track contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
 
Job Description:
The Cross Operations/Communications Senior Analyst works with the Operations Support for the Enterprise (OSE) Communications Lead to develop and execute the overall communications architecture to support 50,000 users of Accenture’s key applications.  Job responsibilities may include collaborating with business process owners to write and edit communications, researching new communications capabilities and determining how to best leverage them for the team and assisting with maintenance of global processes and procedures.
The Cross Operations/Communications Senior Analyst will also assist the OSE Cross Operations Team with coordination of cross team operational activities and integration across Accenture’s ERP production support teams and business process teams.  Job responsibilities may include working with team leads to pull together the team’s quarterly status report, creating slides to communicate the business value of initiatives going live with each Accenture key applications release, coordinating and facilitating a quarterly town hall meeting and determining topics for a monthly process integration lead meeting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the design and delivery of the overall SAP communications architecture (including IFS, MME, MMB, EI and other ERP applications)
  • Update and develop content on the Accenture Applications Operations Support site (Wordpress Accenture internal site)
  • Manage and work on special communication initiatives, including quality improvement projects
  • Assist in the organization of the Global Process Integration Meeting (Monthly)
  • Collaborate in the preparation of the OSE Status report
  • Assist the designated Teams in the organization of the OSE Town Hall (Quarterly)
  • Help to keep documentation current related to:
    • Application Change Management
    • Archiving Management
    • Close Management
    • Release Management
    • Credential Management
  • Support integration across Process Areas
  • Provide support for the overall OSE Governance Process
  • Manage operational documentation including contact lists, distribution lists, organization charts, surveys, and production support documentation
 


Requisitos

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong technical and business writing skills 
  • Communications planning and execution experience
  • Knowledge of Accenture’s organization structure
  • Knowledge of Accenture’s business applications or general SAP application knowledge
  • Knowledge of Accenture’s communications tools and technology
  • Experience with WordPress, Accenture’s internal sites platform

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proactive in meeting milestones 
  • Ability to balance multiple deliverables and priorities 
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Strong relationship building skills; ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Interest in technology and business applications and ability to translate complex technical issues and scenarios into clear and concise communications

  • Ability to handle pressure in emergencies; think clearly, act confidently, work quickly, speak gracefully, and invoke communications protocols as needed
  • Ability to work successfully in global, virtual environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
