Operations Sr. Analyst for NA Hub operations

 
Job Summary

The Operations Sr Analyst works with the North America Innovation Hubs Operations team to manage and execute key operational processes and reporting to support the delivery of the Hubs performance.

The Hubs Operations Sr Analyst will support a Sr Specialist in BA to deliver several operational actions helping to maintain the operational excellence of the Hubs.
Ideally with a background of Finance and HR reporting metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

Business Advisor and Process Optimization

  • Execute Operational and Reporting activities providing insights to key stakeholders.
  • Propose improvements to Operational and Execution processes with the purpose of gain time/cost efficiencies and improve the stakeholder experience.

 Execution

  • Operational tasks: via in SAP to analyse cost and execute the chargeback process, Journal entries, accruals, Time adjustments review & operations.

Reporting

  • Produce on monthly basis, the following reports
  • Sales Reports in order to identify the opportunities on which the Hub have been working in order to charge back clients.
  • Hub budget control.
  • Rate Cards.
  • Produce and maintain internal process documentation

 

Communications Skills

  • Enable effective collaboration via Teams site and team calls

Requisitos

Qualifications
 
Education
• Degree on accounting or business administration (desirable) or student finishing its career
 
Work Experience
• 2+ years of work experience
 
Knowledge and Skill Requirements

 

• Internal or External Hire

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language

• Understand the economic model (Accenture management accounting), as well as general accounting principal (US GAAP)

• Team building

• Problem solving and root cause analysis

• Basics functions in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook, Teams)

• Understanding of basic finance concepts for a services company

• If Internal, it will be desired to have knowledge of Accenture internal operations including Finance, Sales & Pipeline reporting, chargeability. Ability to navigate Accenture operations support teams to find answers
