Job Description

Your role will be part of the global Strategic Services TSC role supporting Capability Network. Capability Network is a global group with approx. 4000 professionals located in various locations serving high class strategy/ management consulting support in functional and industry areas.

Your key role responsibilities are outlined below:

 

Job Responsibilities

• RF&P –

o Annual Headcount Planning, 2QF, 3QF

o Liaison with Business to submit Monthly PCM Forecast

• Managing headcount plan

o Liaison with Recruitment – plan, execution, progress, balancing recruitment needs between nodes or offerings if needed

o Ensuring Proactive Demand tool is updated accurately

o Ensuring all transfers are completed

o Hiring exceptions – preparation, submission

• Developing Relationships with Business and Business Managers

o Attend/Set up regular Business calls

o Develop TSC materials for these calls, which should include monthly data (chargeability, productivity trends, current headcount, recruiting update, attrition, etc.)

o Suggest action items to address identified issues

o Execute agreed upon action items

o Keep business in the loop on progress

• Supply/Demand Balancing

o Identifying people not meeting productivity targets and discuss with business

o Focus on any S/D imbalances and discuss with business

o Liaison with TFS – especially if there are staffing problems, lack of demand, over supply

o Maintaining Watch List – used for severance calculations and managed attrition actions

o Demand – address any questions from the business on entering demand timely into myS



Requisitos

Qualifications:

 

Must have

• 2 years working experience

• Very good communication, negotiation and people management skills

• Strong stakeholder management

• Fluent English

• Very good excel skills, and good other Microsoft applications

• Experience of delivering HR services to internal/ external clients

This is an independent role, so maturity and responsibility are key characteristics required as successful candidate will build relationship and ownership of this tasks
