The role will support the program management of Client Centric Marketing and Sales campaigns for the Health & Public Service industry. They will collaborate with the Business & Development/Sales (BD/Sales) marketing team and work to ensure campaigns, and associated components are delivered on time and according to specifications. They will need to manage multiple projects across Health, Public Service and AFS in support for execution so they must be detailed orientated, have superior time management and excellent communication skills. Will provide support for .Com landing pages, email, social and metrics.

• Collaborate with BD/Sales marketing teams for project submission requirements

• Communicate regularly and proactively with marketing about timelines

• Facilitate the development and review of content on Accenture.com including creating page submission documents, submission of content, QA of preview pages, and trafficking of pages to appropriate marketing managers for final review and approval.

• Facilitate the development and review of email campaigns including calendar, creating email submission documents, submission of content, QA of tests and management of email campaigns according to plans.

• Facilitate the creation of image assets for promotional activities, like social imagery, etc.

 

Expectations:

• Must be creative, highly-motivated and a data-driven

• Manage activation of content across multiple channels, ensuring correct templates are leveraged

• Manage overall web presence, proactively analyzing page level performance and recommending actions that ensure maximum effectiveness of marketing objectives as well as creating optimal customer experience.

• Collaborate with campaign management team to analyze performance of digital channels and campaigns to identify optimizations to maximize effectiveness.
