Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
 
Job Description
Work collaboratively with Accenture leadership on contracting and risk management strategies for client contracts across Accenture's lines of business. Review, draft and negotiation of a large number of client transactions and contractual agreements in line with Accenture's contracting standards. Advise Accenture leadership on legal risks and risk mitigation steps associated with transactions both in formation and delivery.


Requisitos

Educational Qualification
 
Must have:
  • Appropriate Law degree required
  • Admitted to the Argentinean Bar
  • Fluency in Spanish and Advanced English

Good to have:

  • Specialization on Commercial or Contractual law
Skills & Work Experience
 
Must have:
  • Four years of experience contract areas in roles with increasing responsibility, such experience should be either in a law firm, in a fast-paced corporate legal/transaction group for an IT services vendor or in the legal department of a significant market player in the country or in Legal.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Argentinean law framework, solid knowledge of intellectual property law and a general understanding of litigation.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage large number of transactions

Good to have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, strategic business acumen, confidence and capability in addressing sensitive and complicated matters.
  • Responsive and follows through on commitments.
  • Ability to influence, strong executive presence.
  • Team oriented and ability to collaborate and liaise with line manager and Legal leadership team, yet able to work independently on own initiative without need for extensive supervision or management.
