Job Title: Sales Comp Admin Associate Manager
Reports to: Sales Comp Admin Team Lead

Job Summary
The Global Groups Service Delivery HR team is responsible and accountable for delivering HR services that go beyond GU boundaries, cannot meaningfully be delivered by the GUs and/or where greater efficiencies can be achieved by running processes globally, to all Accenture Global Groups, Enterprise Global Groups and Corporate Functions.
The core HR processes supported by the Global Groups Service Delivery HR team fall under the categories of Talent Supply Chain, Total Rewards, Field HR and Mobilization/Set Up of new Global Groups/Delivery Centres.
The administration and maintenance of Sales Achievement Bonus Plans (SAB) is responsibility of the Global Groups HR Delivery team as it requires global coordination and centralized management of SAB related processes.
The Sales Comp Admin Associate Manager will be part of the Global Groups Total Rewards Delivery Unit, accountable for delivering and optimizing our Sales Achievement Bonus Plan Administration process.
The Sales Comp Admin Associate Manager will work with other Sales Support Units (Talent Architecture, Sales and Pricing, TR CoE, BP Sales Delivery Lead, Sales Point of Contact, etc…) to ensure Sales Achievement Bonus Plans are defined and processed as per the plan and the SAB administration process is as efficient as possible through standardization and technology enablement.
The Sales Comp Admin Associate Manager will work closely with the TR COE who retain overall ownership for the design, processes and tools which support Sales Achievement Bonus Plans development and implementation.
Activities associated to the Sales Achievement Bonus Plans processing include:
  • Support definition of sales targets and setup as a basis for SABs and KPIs
  • Support definition and maintenance of SAB modeling and document templates
  • Ongoing creation of SABs, processing of approvals and document management
  • Monitoring of sales achievements and execution of sales credit allocation process
  • Data management, reporting and analysis
  • Audit support
  • Support the definition and implementation of process efficiency measures such as implementation of new tools, process simplification or process outsourcing to SME delivery units.
In addition, the Sales Comp Admin Associate Manager constantly interacts with the TR CoE, the Sales Talent Architect, the Sales Delivery Lead and other entities to ensure high efficiency in the process execution and delivery.

In addition, this position will contribute to other projects/activities within the scope of the Compensation Discipline on an as-needed basis

Qualifications and Experience



  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
Work Experience
  • 2+ years compensation experience
  • Experience in processing Sales Incentive Plans preferred
  • Experience in a large, multi-national organisation or consultancy preferred
  • Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle from concept through to implementation would be nice to have

Key Competencies
  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones
  • As this is a global role,  the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc)
