Job Description:
This is an amazing development opportunity for a high-performing individual who wants to get exposure to Senior Leadership of Resources OG and gain expertise and implement RES OG Digital Strategy.
The Resources Digital Operations Lead orchestrate operations of RES OG Digital Business – reporting directly to the RES OG Digital Lead – MD, based in European Time Zone.
Key ask: Someone who can work autonomously and drive topics on behalf of the RES Digital Lead, with leadership presence, strong collaboration skills and proved management of operations activities including: x-function collaboration, project management, reporting & cost management & communications management.
Some activities may include:
• Help translate the high-level vision or strategy into specific initiatives and activities for implementation
• Serves as the primary escalation point in the business on operational items (with the intent of dramatically reducing the time required of the business MD on such items)
• Drives collaboration across a team including sales operations, finance, and HR teams (daily/weekly basis).
• Facilitates/organizes leadership meetings and other required forums by the business
• Lead and be the point of contact for the programs/initiatives within and outside team/project to ensure appropriate communication and timely response to requests.
• Define and manage communications for the operations with Senior Executives
• Orchestrate timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure
• Lead the critical path, project dependencies, completion, milestone compliance and cost/budget
• Drive strategy, key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams
• Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders
• Ensure that the geographic teams collaborate with the function to meet the needs of strategic initiatives -
• Manage the goals, objectives, overall performance and budget of their assigned projects and teams

Basic Qualifications
•  University degree
Advanced  level in English (Oral/Written)
Type of Experience
Must Have:
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to establish credibility as a member of the leadership team and with other internal stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with a geographically dispersed team
• Must have basic financial & HR acumen as it relates to understanding financial reporting, forecasting and key financial and Talent metrics impact on business.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence when dealing with all levels, including Managing Directors
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands
• Strategic thinking
Good to have:
• Understanding of Accenture's go-to-market approach and our delivery operating model
• Awareness of new meeting processes and the associated tools, pricing processes, delivery risk management, quality and client satisfaction processes
• Knowledge of Non-Contract Costs and familiar with the associated levers to control them (MD&I, M&O)
• Experience working in Accenture internal operations
• Experience with pricing process and/or profitability improvement initiatives,
