Job Description:

This position is part of Ecosystem Services. Ecosystem Services is a global shared services organization with more than 150 highly skilled professionals. It primarily supports the Ecosystem & Ventures and Platforms leads in Accenture Technology but it also extends its services to all teams within Accenture. Ecosystem & Ventures drives all facets of the ecosystem lifecycle—setting strategy, forming and managing alliances, driving resale, and ultimately accelerating growth. The group has oversight from the early stage emerging companies through to our large, leading partners.

The SDC/PDC acts as POC and subject matter expert for a segment, partner or group of partners, supporting our Segment Development Manager (SDM) / Partnership Development Manager (PDM).

SDC’s / PDC’s apply deep expertise and knowledge in areas such as capability and offerings development, sales materials, trainings, governance / contacts management, contracts, pipeline management and vendor investment management.

 

There are multiple different scenarios for this role:

o   Support to a small partner

o   Support a combination of partners

o   Support to emerging technologies / startups with potential

o   Support a defined segment  

 

Main Responsibilities

 

• Full ownership and main POC for Sales related materials (such us credentials), contacts, opportunities, information of ACN capabilities and skills for the partners being supported

 

• Develop and maintain meaningful, sales-oriented relationships with partners’ executive leadership, regional management and key account teams, and Accenture stakeholders. Act as the Accenture ambassador for the overall relationship

 

• Manage partnership support activities, such as training, pipeline tracking and assessment, contacts management, market development funding management, contracts, coordination of events and meetings, reporting

 

• Support Practice Enablement in the areas of:

o How we build skills, offerings and assets with our partners

o How to obtain access to technology, technical support and training

o Engaging with other functions, roles and teams within Accenture involved in the day-to-day rhythm of the business

 

• Main metrics for this role: alliance practice sales, resale, partner investment

 

• Main stakeholders:

o Internal

 Senior PDD/SDD

 The practice that is relevant to the segments and partner under support

o Partnership Executives (External)

Education
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Advanced level of English
 
Work experience
Related work experience: Partnership Development related work, Sales, Technology consulting.
