HR Strategic Services is a group of highly qualified and experienced resources, able to operate in grey spaces, helping to mature processes while delivering, able to quickly change and adapt positions as business requires and leveraging the expertise of a globally unified network.

 

The HR Strategic Services team is responsible and accountable for delivering HR services that go beyond GU boundaries, cannot meaningfully be delivered by the GUs and/or where greater efficiencies can be achieved by running processes globally, to all DTEs.

One of the core HR processes supported by the HR SS team is Total Rewards.

 

The administration and maintenance of Sales Achievement Bonus Plans (SAB) requires global coordination and centralized management of SAB related processes. This team will work closely with the TR COE who retain overall ownership for the design, processes and tools which support Sales Achievement Bonus Plans development and implementation.

The HR TR Sales Specialist will be part of the HR Strategic Services, accountable for delivering and optimizing our Sales Achievement Bonus Plan Administration process.

 

The HR TR Sales Specialist will work with other Sales Support Units (Talent Architecture, Sales and Pricing, TR CoE, BP Sales Delivery Lead, Sales Point of Contact, etc…) to ensure Sales Achievement Bonus Plans are defined and processed as per the plan and the SAB administration process is as efficient as possible through standardization and technology enablement.

 

The HR TR Sales Specialist will work closely with the TR COE who retain overall ownership for the design, processes and tools which support Sales Achievement Bonus Plans development and implementation.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

• Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility and demonstrates expertise

• Disciplined, precise, well structured and accurate approach and delivery oriented

• Focuses on process efficiency with no errors

• Recognizes and escalates potential issues on time

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Strong modeling (Excel) skills

• Strong knowledge of other Microsoft office tools - Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project

• Strong business acumen and industry acumen

 

Type of experience:

• 2+ years compensation experience preferred

• Experience in processing Sales Incentive Plans preferred

• Experience in a large, multi-national organisation or consultancy preferred

• Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred

• Knowledge of project lifecycle from concept through to implementation would be nice to have

 

Technical and personal skills:

• A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones

• As this is a global role,  the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc)
