Job Description:
RTR Controllership LATAM - Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly journal entries (balance adjustments, charge outs, accruals, write offs) and accruals calculations & Process any necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with local GAAP

• Prepare GL account reconciliations

• Perform a pre-close & post-close review of the balance sheet & profit and loss accounts

• Produce monthly reports and analyze them

• Manage preparation of Financial Statements

• Responsible of the intercompany process & Interco transaction analysis

• Follow up of open items identified when preparing the reconciliations in order to solve them & provide reporting to Sr. specialist on issues detected

• Understanding of the processes and their impact on accounts

• Escalate material or serious issues to supervisor along with possible solutions.

• Respond to customer service requests regarding postings to GL accounts or actions to be taken.

• Participate in external and internal audits on an as needed basis to provide supporting documentation, knowledge about underlying processes, analysis, etc.

• Responsible for reconciling different Balance Sheet GL accounts which are performed in compliance with USGAAP, Sarbanes Oxley controls and Accenture Policy 1139.

• Perform a pre-close & post-close review of the balance sheet & profit and loss accounts

• Responsible for accounting transactions

• Work on ad hoc projects as needed

Basic Qualifications
• University degree in Economic Science
• Intermediate English level
Type of Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Nice to have Excel, Macros knowledges
Technical and Personal Skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently, and with other groups through various means (meetings, email, and phone).
• Advanced technical skills with Windows and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access).
• Proactive
