Job Description:

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate several types of contractual documents enabling our relationship with Accenture Alliance Partners.

• Revision of several type of contractual documents, including: NDAs, Partnership Agreements, License Agreements, Teaming agreements, Marketing Agreements, Vendor Investment Agreements, etc.

• Provide legal counsel to business teams and senior leadership on legal and business risks of Accenture´s global alliance relationships and joint venture initiatives.

• Structure, navigate and support negotiation of complex Partner Agreements, identifying risks/issues, contract compliance with company’s policies and procedures, contract advisory and interpretation.

• Serve as the initial point of contact on all legal questions, issues and potential conflicts with Accenture Alliance Partners.

• Adapt global agreements to local laws of different countries.

• Cooperate with local and/or international business teams and legal teams;

• Apply internal tools and techniques onto assigned tasks and/or projects;

Generate and work with data and reports as required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
University degree

Advanced level of English 
 

Type of Experience

It requires to have a minimum of 3 years of:

• Experience in agreements review and negotiation.

• Experience negotiating directly with third parties/clients/suppliers

• Contracting experience in IT area preferred.

 

Technical and Personal Skills

• Understands and applies contracting principles

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in multicultural environment
