Job Description

Support the Employment Law team in different geographies on litigation matters, deals, policies and initiatives support.

Client contracting support to US and UK deals- Initial reviews of employment related terms, HR schedules and Non-compete reviews consistent with Accenture’s policies and common practices.  Provide operational support to the client deals team by maintaining the outsourcing deals tracker.  

Coordination and legal assessments on regional/ global compliance projects, policies and compliance initiatives. Liaising across multiple business and legal functions to coordinate input from internal stakeholders in different geographies and reflect different country approaches.

Provide operational support in a variety of matters, including outside counsel services, budget control and oversight of litigation. Liaise with outside employment counsels for litigation matters and general administrative activities.

Provide coaching and mentoring to Global Legal Network personnel (as required) and supervise junior resources (as required).


·       - Law degree (specialized on labor and employment law).

·       - At least 2 years of relevant work experience in handling in labor and employment law issues (either within a law firm or a multinational organization)

Professional Skill Requirements

       ·      Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills.

      ·       Knowledge of Portuguese language would be an advantage
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
·       Proficiency in delivering presentations and coordinating meetings with executive levels
·       Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills.
·       Display high level of responsiveness and follow through on commitments.
·       Display competence in building credibility and effective relationships with stakeholders.
·       Display positive, collaborative attitude.
·       Display legal document drafting skills.

      ·      Strong organization skills, detail and process-oriented, with strong executive presence.

      ·      Understand general basic corporate business practices and contracting regulations.
