Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
Job Description:
• Develop an awareness and understanding of relevant government regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC rulings).

• Responsible for providing feedback to Control Owners, Process Leads and Internal Control Central Team for continuously improving ement the documentation of internal controls for various sub-processes.

• Responsible for performing quarterly operating effectiveness testing.

• Responsible for coordinating with and providing Accenture input to the external auditors in their audit of Accenture’s internal controls.

Basic Qualifications
Work Experience: It requires more than 1 year of experience in an Audit function (including External Audit, Internal Audit, Internal Controls and/or Compliance) or equivalent if employed in a non-US country. 

Education:  Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or equivalent.  Equivalent degree only accepted if experience is relevant.

Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc.: CPA or comparable certification.

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills to work within time constraints.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively interact throughout the company.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, as necessary, to meet monthly and quarterly deliverable deadlines.
