Job Description
Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organization and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories:  Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.

 

The HR Operations - Senior Analyst supports the implementation and handles the administration around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs. This includes mid-year and annual processes, performance management and compensation frameworks as well as eServices updates and ad-hoc requests.

 

Key responsibilities may include:

Adhoc report creation, analytical support, and process improvement.

 

Qualifications:

• University degree in HR/Economics.
• Advanced level in English.

 

Skills and Work Experience:

Must have:

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Experience Communicating to cross-GU resources at all levels
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to Quickly Learn New Applications/Tools and processes
• Propose / Negotiate Solutions and Influence Decisions with Multiple Stakeholders
• Comfortable Communicating with All Levels of the CIO and HR teams
• Exposure to Environment with Tight Timelines and Critical Deliverables
• Excel Skills, PowerPoint Skills, MS Access Skills
• SharePoint skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to tie numbers between various reports
• Understanding of English
• Willingness to ask questions if unclear
 

Good to have:

• Exposure to System Rollouts on a Global Team with Distributed Resources
• Certification in Total Rewards Functional Area
• Exposure to Training Associated with System Rollouts
• Qlikview experience

 

Other Requirements:

• A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones
• As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely and independently
