Role Description

Oversees the development of design projects (brochures, banners, posters, PPT proposals, animation, etc.) within brand guidelines. Creates visual concepts and execution plan for the project. Coordinates efforts on requests, provides estimates/SLAs, briefs the designers, handles interaction with clients and other service delivery teams.



  •  Scope new Graphics requests, checking current local team capacity
  •  Work with the Graphics and Service Coordination teams on managing the pipeline, providing estimates, negotiating deadlines
  •  Create concepts on how to best represent ideas visually
  •  Provide guidance and art direction to the team
  •  Assign requests to the team resources
  •  Coordinate request efforts, brief the designers and deliver requests to clients
  •  Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
  •  Work closely with team members to track the status of requests and update clients on timelines and budget
  •  Fulfill QA requests and provide feedback to the team
  •  Coach and train designers, create training plans and identify areas for development
  •  Ensure team compliance with company policies and team processes
  •  Act as the single point of contact for design projects
  •  Solve problems or propose solutions according to the company's culture and business objective
  •  Work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional approach

Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • Advanced English level
  • Minimum of 8 years of overall experience as a graphic designer
  • 4+ years of experience in managing multiple resources in a supervisory position
  • 8+ years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat)
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, and desktop publishing capabilities
  • Knowledge of web development process (UI, Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML5, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of animation/video editing software (AfterEffects, Premiere Pro) would be an advantage
  • An excellent command of English, written and oral.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with Accenture Senior Leadership
