Main Responsibilities
1. Tracking & Reporting
• Execute the Tracking and Reporting for Practice Area Team Budgets by Area
• Execute the Tracking and Reporting for our Practice Area Team Metrics by Ecosystem
• Relationship management – scorecard publishing by relationship, QBR or other standard reviews
• In addition to publishing the Scorecards (by relationship), analyze those reports and work w/ the
• Produce ad hoc reports and presentations to assist the CFA team.
• Investment Management – investment tracking
2. Ecosystem Knowledge management / MDI / Coding
• Act as an information source on the status of budget and metric questions on MDI budgets
• Organizing, and proactively participating in calls, events and meetings .
• Support the annual business planning process
• Complies with and fully understands Operations Model related policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications
•  University degree in economics
•  Advanced English level
Type of Experience
• 1-2  years of work experience in Accenture, interacting with overseas Stakeholders as a team member.
Acting as a team member with Finance, Operations and other adminuistrative experience.
Technical and Personal Skills
•  Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
• Problem solving and root cause analysis
• Confidence and poise in interactions with executives
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
• Understanding of basic finance concepts for a services company
• Team building, coaching and training delivery
Professional Skill Requirements
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
