Job Description
Main responsibilities

Provide, with close supervision from an Operations Sales Process Senior Specialist, sales process support to client teams, entity leadership, other internal operations teams and interfacing functional areas. Assist Accenture executives in navigating the company's internal sales processes. Support opportunity pipeline management, new business management meeting coordination, sales reporting/analysis for leadership, and process/application support for client teams, helping teams to execute business processes more efficiently.

• Provide process and tool support for one or more of the following:

ManageMySales Opportunity Management (MMS-OM)

Quality Assurance (QA)

APP Salesforce.com (SFDC)

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the operations systems according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes (execute salesforce tasks)

• Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.

• Share process knowledge and expertise during meetings.

• Prepare standard reports to established schedules (where needed).

• Create adhoc reports/views as requested

• Develop and maintain internal process documents for own tasks

• Execute processes as directed.

• Help identify process issues.

• Help handle internal customer requests.

• Perform SharePoint Administration

 

Qualifications

 

• Relevant studies/qualifications (business/executive administrative) preferred
• Advanced level of english

• Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience.

• Good oral and written communications skills in English

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Prioritizes and plans own work activities

• Analytical skills; Good problem solving skills; Able to recognize and correct report or data errors

• Proficient as end user of related operations tools and systems; desire and ability to learn new processes and tools.

• Working knowledge of other Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chrome/Internet Explorer, Outlook).

• Salesforce.com tool knowledge (if possible)

• Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment

 

Work requirements:

• May be required to occasionally travel domestically or internationally

• May be required to occasionally work from home

• May be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours conference calls
