Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
 
 
Job Description
Helping employees in search for internal roles balancing between interests of employees and business needs and productivity targets.
Proposing candidates and contact project leaders regarding the assigned open demand
Analyzing the productivity of employees; meet with business leaders and HR to give a current status of open demand, internal candidates availability and employees productivity.
 
 Basic Qualifications
University degree in HR, psychology or Business Administration
Advanced level of English
 
Type of Experience:
• Graduates or advanced students of Human Resources and / or Psychology or related careers.
• Advanced / bilingual English (excluding)
•  Between 4 to 7 years of previous work experience, mainly in human resources.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Communication skills.
• Great time management capacity.
• Ability to solve conflicts.
• Customer service focus.
• Microsoft Office, solid skills, specifically Excel, are required.
• Data analysis and visualization tools will be highly valued.

Professional Skill Requirements
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
