Job Description
 

This role involves supporting the day to day admin activities for the maintenance of all the Ecosystem & Ventures ServiceNow applications. Any helpdesk familiar staff member can be cross trained in this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with callers on ServiceNow admin related tasks

• Perform basic helpdesk functions (Password Reset’s, Name changes, Email address updates, and Generate request for new user request)

 
Basic Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years experience in helpdesk management.

• The rest of the training would be provided by the project

 

Technical and Personal Skills

• Bachelor in Computer Science/BE/B.Tech or equivalent work experience.

• Senior Analyst with 3-4  years of experience in IT field.

• Good communication skills
