Main Responsibilities
The Business Support Analyst is reponsible for:
- Capture user requirements and translate them into functional enhancements/reqs.
Provide support to users being capable of resolving troubleshooting issues in Service Now/Siebel/myRequests
- Register Service Now and Siebel issues to CIO when necessary and be responsible on the final resolution.
- New User Setup and Maintenance
- Licenses Inventory
- Service Request/ Activity/ E-Mail Template Maintenance
- Serice Now/Siebel/myRequests DB Release User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Train users on SerciceNow/Siebel/myRequests and new procedures.
- Communicate to ServiceNow/Siebel/my Requests users about outages and/or other important information.
 
- Work on automation project using automation tools like Automaton Anywhere.
Basic Qualification
-Technical degree
-Advanced English level
 
 
Type of Experience
Mandatory
- Experience in customer support process
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools.
- Understand technical solution and/or have technical skills
 
Preferred:
- Siebel skills
- Technical skills
- ServiceNow skills
- Automation solutions
- Automation Anywhere
 
Technical and Personal Skills
•Advanced English Communication skills
•Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation CAS and US GAAP preferred
•SAP
•Budgeting and Forcasting
•Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite emphasis Excel, Access and PowerPoint
 
Professional Skill Requirements
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
