Main Responsibilities
Support and manage Accenture Digital - Accenture Interactive North America Core Business Group non-contract costs.  Group includes sales teams, consulting and delivery teams,  and/or management teams.
Annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for headcount, utilization, payroll, PD&R costs, DNP, load recoveries, etc. across the North America Core Accenture Interactive entity.
Coordinate with Accenture Interactive Finance Lead, HR Lead and Business Leads on quarterly forecast and plan submissions
Coordinate, consolidate and submit annual capital budget requests and plans
Monthly / quarterly financial analysis and reporting vs. forecast/plan for non-contract costs.
Chargeability and recovery targets vs. plan / forecast
Non chargeable analysis - M&O, PD&R etc
Monitor and maintain Profit Center and Cost Center structure to facilitate NCC reporting
Research questionable costs or missing costs
Supporting payroll management and understanding where there are issues that need to be addressed
Provide payroll management and support understanding equity, social taxes, benefits, bonuses as well as any items outside of standard cost rates or considered non "global standard”
Work with local Controllership when cost issues are identified in order to resolve locally and more efficiently
Month end and quarter end close making sure all costs and accruals are booked correctly and review of pre close Cost Recovery information to identify issues for correction.
Supervise Analyst who is responsible for one of the entities within Core Accenture Interactive North America.
Supporting Finance and HR Leads in analyzing headcount and productivity by workforce looking for ways to optimize
Coordinate with Acquisition HR Lead and P4P Accrual team on acquisition accruals
Review balance sheet to make sure balances are accurate
Report and Analyze the Sales, Net Revenue and CCI results for the North America Digital Customer Business. 
This includes some attribute coding reconciliation in order to confirm the sales recognition match between MMS and SAP.   

Basic Qualifications:


• Experience in Finance Operations/Cross Operations - R&A
• Deep skills in include required skills
• It requires University Degree the specialization could be in
Finance, Accounting , business administration / economics
• It requires expert English level

• It requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience


Professional Skill requirements


Ability to be flexible and work analytically with Ad-hoc requests

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Self motivated, takes ownership of tasks and work efforts

Confident dealing with finance and non-finance team members

Excellent written and oral communication skills (Advanced English level)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, available to manage big spreadsheets and databases

Excellent reporting skills

Strong familiarity with forecast processes

Expert in managing financials of software and different types of assets

Skilled in identifying risks and opportunities to maximize efficiency and growth

Strong finance and business management acumen with background ranging from financial reporting, pricing consulting opportunities, fixed asset management, software lifecycle and offering development support

Proven US GAAP knowledge
