Main Responsibilities
The Resource Management Team (RMT) oversees the management of Finance Headcount (HC) Analysis, ensuring adherence to policy, processes, and consistency to the approved forecast.
Part of the responsibilities are:
• Headcount Analysis (including status snapshot as well as trends and comparatives)
• Support to Finance Operational teams and Business Leadership on recurrent and ad hoc requests
• Support to Special Headcount Projects and Reorganizations;
• Headcount alignment with budget.
• Coordinate and timely release of deliverables.
• Deep dive into each of the deliverables assigned and propose process improvements to improve speed and quality
Basic Qualifications
•  Student in finance/accounting or related fields
Strong Excel and Access skills.
Upper-intermediate level in English (Oral/Written)
Technical and Personal Skills
• Great Analytical skills 
• Higher education degree (or working towards it) in Finance, Accounting or Economy
• Attention to detail, pride in being accurate
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to independently manage work activity and take directions for multiple customers
Professional Skill Requirements
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
