Main Responsibilities
The Dock Finance and Ops Asoc. Manager is responsible for leading complex Finance initiatives/projects assigned by Leadership. Key role responsibilities are:
• Ensure high quality Financials processes for forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure financial information will be consistent and align with global corporate guidance and reporting.
• Provide financial support to the Dock projects from initiation through closure.
• Build trustworthy relationship with stakeholders, project team and financial team.
• Apply deep process expertise towards the design of The Dock finance internal processes & tools that could be required.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication flow
• Provide project financial status and recommendations to Finance and Ops Leadership.
• Identify beneficial collaborations with other teams.
• Identify & raise potential risks to project stakeholders providing creative solutions, recommendations & mitigation plan when necessary
• Help define & implement key metrics surrounding the Dock projects and ops performance.
Basic Qualifications
•  University degree
•  Advanced English level
Type of Experience
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5-15 years experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications roles (Account Executive at Marketing Agency)
