Main Responsibilities
This role will be part of the Business Operations and Services team within Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE). The Associate Manager will provide support to Buenos Aires Sales & Operations Capability Lead.
 
Key activities include:
• Sales & Operations Mobilizations / Transitions support:
  O Manage incoming and cross AEE Sales & Operations mobilizations impacting BA teams, by coordinating work efforts between AEE Sales & Ops Leadership, Onshore Project Leads and Global Mobilization Leads to successfully complete all Transition stages on time
  O Create Sign off Decks (including process, work volumes, documentation, metrics, technology and headcount assessment), create Sign off emails- send those to the correspondent approvers- track approvals, liaise with Finance Team to create BC for new positions
  O Closely monitor all mobilization phases: from pre- planning to Go Live and Post Stabilization and track all transition updates in the correspondent files/documents, create presentations or reports for Local or Global audience, according to targeted deadlines.
  O OA pipeline update
• Blueprint Management: This includes Blueprint creation coordination, open demand, interview coordination and end to end follow up of the process. BA Sales & Operations position analysis and control on a monthly basis and report any variances/gaps to BA Sales & Ops Local Lead.
• Sales & Operations executive calls management: support to the local Sales & Operations Lead in coordinating team / leadership calls, defining agenda and documenting results & open points.
• Chargeable monitoring (understanding to which WBS current local Sales & Operations team is charging)
• Holidays monitoring (understanding the vacation balance of current local Sales & Operations team and when they´re taking holidays. Report for BA Sales & Ops Lead
 
Depending of the final work load that the previous activities may imply on a day to day basis, this other activities may be part of the scope as well (only based on availability and to be prioritized based on BA Sales & Ops Lead priorities):
• Sales & Operations work absorptions consolidation: report creation and analysis for local Sales & Operations leads
• Local Sales & Operations distribution list administration: identifying new entries, deleted and from keeping them updated
• PMO support: for different local AEE BA Sales & Operations strategic projects.
• Presentations: provide ad hoc support to Sales & Operations BA Lead to prepare strategic presentations, communications or visits

 

Basic Qualifications
•  University degree in Finance
•  Advanced English level

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint

Type of Experience
• Project management experience
• Overall knowledge of internal ACN processes and teams
• Previous customer service experience
• Solid understanding of Accenture’s business operations and business strategy
