Contract Management group will be responsible for assisting the Client Engagement Team in managing engagement contracts, service agreements, subcontracts and other third-party agreements. Helps assure that all parties comply with the contract and support how to manage effectively the inherent risks to Accenture's revenues, profits and market reputation in contractual arrangements. Typically focuses on post-contract execution issues.
Legal professionals provide or manage all legal advice and support to Accenture. Objective, focused, practical advice and solutions, based on an understanding of the law and Accenture's business are given while working closely with each engagement team to find ways to maximize revenues and manage risk.
The Contract Manager within the Service Center manages a variety of international and commercial contracting and non contracting activities in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws. As an off shore resource, they provide advice to Legal professionals/Contract Managers on-site who in exchange provide advice to Accenture's business units and project teams. Direct advice could be provided when authorized and/or where project teams are located within Buenos Aires.
The Contract Manager may manage more than one engagement or, alternatively, be full-time on a single engagement (depending on the size/complexity of the agreement).
• Preparing and disseminating information regarding contract status, compliance, and modifications
• Helping with adherence to company policies and procedures by assigned Contract Management, project or business personnel
• Responsibilities may include updating databases, coordinating meetings, record keepings and transcriptions.
