Main Responsabilities
  • Determine the transaction taxes applicable to Accenture’s contracts.
  • Evaluate contract structures and provide advice on any available tax planning opportunities to minimize unnecessary tax costs.
  • Identify tax costs that must be built into pricing.
  • Evaluate contract terms to determine the ability to price and pass tax costs to customer through tax clause.
  • Advise internal clients on the SAP job set up and compliance with Accenture policies.
  • Ensure proper client invoicing
  • Train internal clients on and advocate the use of the Global Tax Toolset
  • Provide tax advice on the more complex, higher tax risk and higher dollar value deals coming to the Global Tax Hotline
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the Global Tax Toolset
  • Develop training materials and deliver tax training to internal Accenture clients.
  • Support the Global Tax Group in Accenture internal policy compliance.
Basic Qualifications
University degree
Advanced level of English

Type of experience
•Assist GTH leadership team in prioritization and overall management of GTH support requests.
•As directed by GTH leadership team:
- Supervise analyst level GTH resources to ensure that deliverables are performed according to process requirements, provided in a timely manner, and address all required material tax issues.
- Provide on the job training to GTH analyst level resources on process requirements and tax technical issues.
- Build and maintain positive teaming relationships with internal Accenture engagement team customers and with Global Tax Group area/indirect tax leads.
- Provide tax support including tax memos for larger and more complex deals within the review scope of AP 21. and
- Support global tax group resources in the performance of any special projects or other tax initiatives.
 
Technical and Personal Skills
 
Sound English skills, both oral and written
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Keen attention to details
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Finance and Accounting background.
Well organized and ability to handle a multitude of tasks
 
 
 
Basic Qualifications
University degree in HR, psychology or Business Administration
Advanced level of English
