As an Entry Level Applications Services Support Associate you will provide day-to-day production support, in a managed service model, for one or more products or applications that are within the portfolio of services that Accenture will provide.
- Investigating and resolving incidents related to application supported, escalating as necessary.
- Performing root cause analysis on problems related to application supported
- Participating in changes required to implement solutions.
- Suggesting workarounds and solutions to problems, and implementing said solutions/workarounds.
- Determining the root causes of identified problems.
