Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s 50 delivery centers around the world.
 
The Robotics Process Automation Developer is responsible for coding the automation process components as per the Low-level Design (LLD) or Technical Design Document (TDD) document(s). The developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Senior Developer and Technical Lead in understanding the functional and technical design
  • Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet defined requirements.
  • Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Complies with and helps enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ensures documentation is well maintained.
  • Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
  • Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
  • Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
  • Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience with software development / coding / programming concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Robotics Process Automation project experience.
  • Good understanding of programming concepts and a programming background in any coding language, preferably.Net.
  • Good understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents in Automation space.
  • Good understanding of various automation components and features available in Robotics Products.
  • Understands development methodology and lifecycle
  • Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere / others).
  • Should be analytical and able to improvise configuration / coding to new situations
  • Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
  • Well-organized with good communication and reporting skills.
  • Microsoft product certification (e.g. MCSI)
  • Certification in Industry leading Robotics Automation products.
