Role Description:
The Argentina CPMO Team is part of Program Control Services (PCS). It aims to work with client engagement teams to plan, implement, operate and improve project, program and service control functions, focus on the commercial and financial processes and tasks. We have successfully worked alongside and advised more than 120 clients primarily through the mobilization and provision of industrialized PMO services. We optimize performance by applying our professional skills and reducing operation costs.
The CPMO Analyst will be responsible of providing daily, weekly and monthly deliverables and tasks to the client/s that will be supporting. The scope of the services will involve one or more of the following areas: sales management (maintaining and reporting MMS tool), creation of pricings, forecasting and invoicing. The CPMO Analyst will provide support to one or more clients onshore or offshore. He/She will work delivering standardized operational tasks with a high quality. He/She will be the SPOC (Subject Point of Contact) for a process and/or a tool.
Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Prioritizes and completes the required standardized tasks using detailed instructions, procedures, and precedents
  • Organizes large amounts of information to complete tasks
  • Owns one or more processes and becomes the SPOC for these specific processes
  • Completes analytical tasks (e.g., creation of dashboards, analysis of data and finding trends)
  • Meets predefined due dates and priorities set by immediate supervisor
  • Seeks guidance to offshore lead to resolve complex problems
  • Main responsibility is to be an expert on one or several processes. However, also required to obtain knowledge about the remaining processes
  • Prioritizes and sequences own work
  • Makes routine/semi-routine decisions which impact own work
  • Interacts with costumers and/or stakeholders to address administrative issues, solving most requests independently

  • IT/Administration/Finance/Economics study in progress or degree
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good financial acumen with at least 1 year of experience in any finance area (accounting, forecasting, invoicing, financial reporting, etc.)
  • Team work and flexibility skills
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good level of MS Excel
